Managing Your Members
You should be able to answer "where does this member stand?" in one glance, without opening Stripe or PayPal. Each product has its own members list for exactly that: see who has access, how their payment is going, and step in when needed.
Open the members list
- Go to Products and open the product.
- The members list shows every member with their email, name and join date. For a course, you also see their progression through the lessons.
Understand a member's state
Small indicators appear under a member's email when there is something to know:
- Free trial: the member is in their trial period and has not been charged yet.
- Cancelled subscription: the member cancelled their subscription. The "Access until" date tells you until when they keep access, it is removed automatically after that.
- Payment plan progress: a member paying in several instalments shows how many payments have been made, for example 2/3. Once the plan is fully paid, the indicator disappears.
- Restricted: you removed this member's access yourself.
Remove or restore access
Sometimes you need to close the door yourself, for example after a refund or a chargeback.
- Hover over the member's row and open the actions menu.
- Choose Restrict access. The member can no longer open the product.
- Changed your mind? The same menu offers Allow access to restore it.
Restricting access only blocks the product. If the member has an active subscription, it keeps billing until it is cancelled, by the member from their portal or by you from your Stripe or PayPal dashboard.
