Affiliate Program

If you like TinyPages, you can recommend it and get paid for it. Every creator who signs up through your link and takes a paid plan earns you 30% of what they pay, for as long as they stay subscribed. A coach who tells three colleagues about TinyPages can cover their own subscription this way, and then some.

How it works​

You get a personal link. Share it wherever it makes sense: a conversation with a fellow therapist, a post in your community, a mention in your newsletter. When someone opens TinyPages through that link and creates an account, they are counted as one of your referrals. The moment they take a paid plan, you earn a commission on each of their payments.

There is nothing to set up on their side, and they pay the same price as everyone else.

  1. Open Become an affiliate at the bottom of your dashboard menu.
  2. The first time, TinyPages shows you the program terms: the commission rate, the validation period, how payouts work, and the one rule that matters (no referring yourself).
  3. Tick the box to confirm you have read them, then click Activate my affiliate link.

Your affiliate page opens with your link ready to copy. You only accept the terms once per account, and this is remembered for your whole team.

Following your results​

The affiliate page shows three simple figures: how many people clicked your link, how many created a free account, and how many became paying customers.

Below them, the list of your commissions, one line per payment, with the customer's name, the amount, and its status:

  • Pending until [date]: the commission is earned, but held for 30 days after the payment. This period covers refunds and cancellations, so nothing gets paid out and then taken back.
  • Available: the 30 days have passed. The commission is confirmed and counts toward your balance.
  • Withdrawal in progress: you have asked for this commission to be paid out. It is set aside while we send the transfer, so it no longer counts toward your available balance.
  • Paid: the commission has been transferred to you.

At the top of the page, Available balance is the sum of your confirmed commissions that have not been paid yet. Right under it, you see the amount still under validation, so you know what is coming.

Getting paid​

Your commissions stay on your TinyPages account until you ask for them. Nothing is sent automatically at the end of the month: you decide when the money leaves, and we transfer it to your bank account.

The Withdraw my commissions button sits right under your available balance. It becomes active once that balance reaches 100 in your currency, euros or dollars. Below that amount, the button stays greyed out, tells you why, and your balance simply carries over. If your affiliate account is in another currency, write to us at hello@tinypages.co and we will pay you by hand.

  1. Click Withdraw my commissions.
  2. The first time only, fill in the form. Your billing details first: individual or company, your name or company name, your address. Then your bank account: the account holder, and your IBAN if you are paid in euros, your IBAN or a US bank account if you are paid in dollars. A dollar IBAN also asks for its BIC.
  3. Click Save and withdraw. Your details are saved and the withdrawal is requested in the same step. They are kept for your next withdrawals, so you will not have to type them again. To change them later, write to hello@tinypages.co and we will reset them for you.
  4. From the next withdrawal on, the dialog shows a summary instead (the amount leaving and the account receiving it), and you click Confirm withdrawal.

A withdrawal always takes your whole available balance, never a part of it. The commissions it covers switch to Withdrawal in progress and leave your balance, and an email confirms that your request is registered. We send the bank transfer within 7 business days, a second email tells you when the money has left, and it usually lands on your account 1 to 3 business days later. Your commissions then show as Paid.

Only the owner of the account and its admins can ask for a withdrawal. Other members of your team still see the balance and the list of commissions, without the button.

Commissions keep coming in as long as the people you referred stay subscribed, and if one of them cancels then comes back later, your commissions resume with them.

If you want to be told each time you earn one, turn on the Affiliate commission notification in your notification settings.

The rules​

The program is open to every TinyPages account, with no limit on how many people you can refer. The only thing that is not allowed is referring yourself, through a second account or any other workaround. Commissions obtained that way are cancelled.
