Affiliate Program

If you like TinyPages, you can recommend it and get paid for it. Every creator who signs up through your link and goes Pro earns you 30% of the base Pro price, for as long as they stay subscribed.

How it works

You get a personal link. Share it wherever it makes sense: a conversation with a fellow therapist, a post in your community, a mention in your newsletter. When someone opens TinyPages through that link and creates an account, they are counted as one of your referrals. They don't have to sign up on the spot: their browser remembers your link for 60 days, and each new visit to TinyPages starts those 60 days again. Once they're on the Pro plan, each of their payments earns you a commission, starting with the first one after their free trial.

There is nothing to set up on their side, and they pay the same price as everyone else.

How the commission is calculated

The commission is always 30% of the base Pro price, before tax. The extra paid for a larger contact list doesn't count: the base is the price of the first step (up to 1,000 contacts). A colleague with 10,000 contacts pays more than one with 500, but both earn you the same commission. The pricing page shows the base price.

Only regular payments count. A payment that differs from the usual price of their plan, such as an adjusted amount after they change plans or a price lowered by a discount code, doesn't earn a commission.

Activating your link

1. Open Affiliate program at the bottom of your dashboard menu.
2. The first time, TinyPages shows you the program terms: the commission rate, the validation period, how payouts work, and the one rule that matters (no referring yourself).
3. Tick the box to confirm you have read them, then click Activate my affiliate link.

Your affiliate page opens with your link ready to copy. You only accept the terms once per account, for your whole team.

Following your results

The affiliate page shows three figures: Clicks (people who clicked your link), Free users (people who created a free account) and Paid users (people who became paying customers).

Below them, the list of your commissions, one line per payment, with the customer's name, the amount, and its status:

• Pending until [date]: the commission is earned, but held for 30 days after the payment. This period covers refunds and cancellations, so nothing gets paid out and then taken back.
• Available: the 30 days have passed. The commission is confirmed and counts toward your balance.
• Withdrawal in progress: you have asked for this commission to be paid out. It is set aside while we send the transfer, so it no longer counts toward your available balance.
• Paid: the commission has been transferred to you.
• Cancelled: TinyPages cancelled the commission before paying it, for example because it came from referring yourself.

At the top of the page, Available balance is the sum of your confirmed commissions that have not been paid yet. Right under it, you see the amount still under validation, so you know what is coming.

Getting paid

Your commissions stay on your TinyPages account until you ask for them. Nothing is sent automatically at the end of the month: you decide when the money leaves, and we transfer it to your bank account.

The Withdraw button sits right under your available balance. It becomes active once that balance reaches 100 € (or 100 $ if your balance is in dollars). Below that amount, the button stays grayed out, tells you why, and your balance simply carries over.

1. Click Withdraw. The Withdraw my commissions window opens.
2. The first time only, fill in the form. Your billing details first: individual or company, your name or company name, your address. Then your bank account: the currency you want to be paid in, the account holder, and your IBAN (in euros) or your US bank account (in US dollars).
3. Click Save and withdraw. Your details are saved and the withdrawal is requested in the same step. They are kept for your next withdrawals, so you will not have to type them again. To change them later, write to hello@tinypages.co and we will reset them for you.
4. From the next withdrawal on, the window shows a summary instead (the amount leaving and the account receiving it), and you click Confirm withdrawal.

You choose the currency of your withdrawals:

• Euros, on an IBAN from the SEPA zone (the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and a few neighbors). If your account is not in euros (a UK or Swiss account, for example), your bank may convert the money when it arrives.
• US dollars, on a US bank account.

If your bank is in another country, write to hello@tinypages.co.

If the currency you choose differs from the one your balance is shown in, the form tells you right away:

• Your balance is converted once, at the day's exchange rate, and you see the converted amount before you confirm.
• The 100 threshold is checked before this conversion: a balance of 105 $ can be withdrawn even if it is worth 92 € once converted.
• Your commissions are then counted in this new currency, and it no longer changes.

A withdrawal always takes your whole available balance. Here is what happens next:

1. The commissions it covers switch to Withdrawal in progress and leave your balance. An email confirms that your request is registered.
2. We send the bank transfer within 7 business days. A second email tells you when the money has left, with your invoice attached.
3. The money usually lands on your account 1 to 3 business days later. Your commissions then show as Paid.

You have no invoice to write: as set out in the program terms, TinyPages issues it in your name (self-billing). If something on it is wrong, write to hello@tinypages.co within 30 days.

Only the owner of the account and its admins can ask for a withdrawal. Other members of your team still see the balance and the list of commissions, without the button.

Commissions keep coming in as long as the people you referred stay subscribed, and if one of them cancels then comes back later, your commissions resume with them.

The rules

The program is open to every TinyPages account, with no limit on how many people you can refer. The only thing that is not allowed is referring yourself, through a second account or any other workaround. Commissions obtained that way are cancelled.
