Create a Broadcast

A broadcast is a one-off email sent to your contact list — a newsletter, an announcement, a promotion, or any message you want to send to your audience at a specific moment.

Creating a broadcast

  1. Go to Broadcasts in your dashboard and click New broadcast.
  2. Write your email in the editor — use any of the blocks available for emails (headings, text, images, buttons, etc.).
  3. Set a subject line — the title of your email that recipients see in their inbox.
  4. Add a preview text — the short line of text visible in email clients before the email is opened. A good preview text increases open rates.

Sending options

Before sending, you have several useful options:

  • AI subject line suggestions — click this to get AI-generated subject line ideas based on your email content
  • Send a test email — preview your broadcast in your own inbox before sending to the full list
  • Schedule for later — instead of sending immediately, pick a future date and time (at least 5 minutes from now, with full timezone support). A scheduled broadcast can be rescheduled or cancelled anytime before it sends.
  • Publish as a blog post — simultaneously publish the email as a blog post at yourdomain.com/blog/{slug}, turning your newsletter into permanent, searchable content
  • Exclude contacts in a automation — skip contacts currently active in an automation to avoid over-emailing

Before it sends

When you click Send now, TinyPages shows a 6-second countdown before the email goes out. This gives you a brief window to cancel if you change your mind. After the countdown, the broadcast is sent to your entire audience (or the targeted segment you've configured).
