AI Coach
Your members have questions as they work through your course, often the same ones, and often when you're not available. The AI Coach answers them at any hour, right inside the course, based on what you actually teach.
What the AI Coach knows
The coach reads your course: the text of every published lesson, plus the transcripts (the written text of what is said) of videos you host on TinyPages. When a member asks something, it answers only from that content, never from generic knowledge picked up elsewhere.
If the question falls outside what your course covers, the coach says so plainly. It then shows your contact email as a clickable link and can draft a short message for the member to send you. Nobody walks away with a made-up answer.
Each answer also points back to the lesson it came from. The member clicks that link and lands straight on the right lesson to read more.
The coach also learns from the comments you answer. When a member asks a question under a lesson and you reply, the question and your reply join what the coach knows about that lesson, without the member's name. The coach can then reuse your answer for any member of the course who asks something similar. Replies written by other members are not used, and when you delete a comment, the coach forgets it. This happens automatically while the coach is on.
If your members share personal matters in the comments, remember that every exchange you answer feeds the coach.
Turning it on
The AI Coach is available on the Pro plan, for courses (products with the Member area access type).
- Go to Products and open the course.
- In the Product access card, turn on Enable AI coach.
Once it is on, TinyPages reads your published lessons so the coach can answer from them. When you add or edit a lesson later, it gets picked up automatically, so the coach stays in step with your course.
What members see
Inside any lesson, an AI Coach button sits in the bottom right corner. A member opens it, types a question, and gets an answer based on your course. They can keep the conversation going, and reach any lesson the coach mentions in a single click.
Each member can send up to 50 messages a day to the coach. Past that, the coach asks them to come back the next day. The same limit applies when you try the coach yourself with Preview as member: your account can send 50 messages a day there.
Locked lessons stay locked
If you release your lessons over time with a Drip delay (see Lesson navigation & progress), the coach follows the same rule. A member only gets answers from the lessons they have already unlocked. Content from a lesson that has not opened yet never shows up in the chat.
