AI Coach
Your members will always have questions as they work through your course. Some come up late at night, some the moment you are away from your desk, and many are the same ones you have already answered a dozen times. The AI Coach gives every member a knowledgeable assistant right inside their course, ready to reply at any hour based on what you actually teach.
What the AI Coach knows
It reads your course: the text of every published lesson, plus the transcripts of videos you host on TinyPages. When a member asks something, it answers only from that content, never from generic knowledge picked up elsewhere. If the question falls outside what your course covers, it says so plainly, shares your contact email as a clickable link, and can even draft a short message for the member to send you, so nobody walks away with a made-up response.
Each answer also points back to the lesson it came from. The member clicks that link and lands straight on the right lesson to read more.
Turning it on
The AI Coach is a Pro feature, available on courses (products with member access).
- Open the course you want and go to its edit page.
- In the Access section, switch on Enable AI coach.
Once it is on, TinyPages reads your published lessons so the coach can answer from them. When you add or edit a lesson later, it gets picked up automatically, so the coach stays in step with your course.
What members see
Inside any lesson, a chat bubble sits in the bottom right corner. A member opens it, types a question, and gets an answer grounded in your course. They can keep the conversation going, and reach any lesson the coach mentions in a single click.
Locked lessons stay locked
If you release your lessons over time (drip), the coach follows the same rule. A member only gets answers from the lessons they have already unlocked. Content from a lesson that has not opened yet never shows up in the chat, so the coach keeps what is still ahead a surprise.
