Create & Publish a Blog Post

The TinyPages blog lets you publish articles at yourdomain.com/blog. It's a good way to attract visitors from search engines and build your credibility over time.

The blog is a Pro plan feature.

Create a post

1. Go to Blog in your dashboard and click Create blog post.
2. Give your post a title.
3. Write your content in the editor. See the block reference for available blocks.

The editor saves your work automatically.

Publish a post

1. Click Publish in the top-right corner.
2. Check your post's web address, in the URL path field (e.g., yourdomain.com/blog/my-article).
3. Click Publish. If the Published date is today, the post goes online right away.

To publish later, pick a future day in Published date before confirming. The button becomes Schedule, and the post stays hidden until that day, when it appears on your blog by itself.

Know the status of each post

Your list of posts shows a colored dot just before each title. It answers two questions at a glance: can readers reach this post, and are they seeing your latest version?

Indicator	What it means
Gray dot	Draft. The post exists for you only, nobody can open it yet.
Green dot	Online. Readers see the post exactly as you wrote it.
Blue dot	Scheduled. The post is ready but stays hidden until its date in the Published column, then goes online by itself.
Yellow dot	Unpublished changes. The post is online, but you have edited it since, so readers still see the previous version. Open the post and click Update to put your changes online.

Hold your mouse over a dot to read its meaning without leaving the list.

Publish an email as a blog post

When you send an email from Emails, tick Publish as blog post to publish it on your blog at the same time. Your email then stays on your blog as an article that search engines can find.
