Reusable Templates
Templates save your favorite layouts and content structures so you can reuse them in any new page or email — no more starting from scratch every time.
What are templates?
A template is a saved content block (or collection of blocks) that you can insert into the editor with just a couple of clicks. For example, you might save:
- A testimonial section layout you use on every sales page
- A standard email header and footer
- A FAQ block you reuse across multiple courses
- A pricing table structure
Once saved, a template is available across all your pages, emails, lessons, and blog posts.
Creating a template
Build the content you want to save in any editor. Select the blocks you want to include, then use the Save as template option from the block menu or toolbar. Give your template a name so you can find it easily later.
Using a template
In any editor, type /template or open the block menu and search for Template. A picker appears showing all your saved templates. Click one to insert it at the current cursor position.
The inserted content is fully editable — the template is just a starting point, not a locked structure. Make any changes you need after inserting.
Tips
- Name your templates clearly: "Sales page — Testimonials section", "Email — Weekly newsletter header", "Lesson — Key takeaways block"
- Create templates for the sections you build most often to save the most time
- Update a template at any time — changes to the template don't affect content already inserted from it
