Subscription Management

Members who have purchased a subscription-based product can view and manage their subscriptions directly from their member portal.

What members can do

In the member portal, under subscription settings, members can:

  • View their active subscriptions — including the product name, billing amount, billing frequency (monthly or annual), and next billing date
  • Cancel a subscription — with a single click, at any time, with no questions asked

When a subscription is cancelled, the member retains access to the product until the end of the current billing period. After that, access is removed automatically.

You can view the status of all your subscribers (active, cancelled, past due) from your Stripe dashboard at any time.
