Build a Form
Forms are multi-page data collection flows that let you gather information from visitors in a structured, engaging way. Unlike a simple contact form, TinyPages forms can span multiple pages, branch based on answers, and route respondents to different outcomes automatically.
Common uses
- Lead qualification — screen applicants for a high-ticket coaching program before offering a discovery call
- Surveys & feedback — collect satisfaction scores, testimonials, or research data from clients
- Audience research — understand your audience's goals and challenges before building a new product
- Event registration — gather details from people signing up for a webinar or workshop
- Client intake — collect everything you need from a new client before their first session
Creating a form
- Go to Forms in your dashboard and click New form.
- Give your form a name.
- The form opens in the editor. Add fields using the block menu (type
/as usual). - To add a new page to the form, click the + button in the sidebar.
A key behavior: early lead capture
Submitting the first page of a form — which must include an email field — creates a contact record immediately, even if the visitor abandons the form before completing it. This means you capture the lead from the very first step, regardless of whether they finish.
This is especially valuable for multi-step forms: you never lose a lead just because someone got distracted halfway through.
See Qualification form → Discovery call for a step-by-step example.
