What Your Members See

Anyone who has purchased at least one of your products becomes a member on TinyPages. Members get their own private member area, where they follow the courses and programs they've bought from you.

The member area shows the products whose access type is Member area. Products delivered as a Download or an External link are sent by email right after the purchase and don't appear in the member area.

Logging in​

The address to give your members is yourdomain.com/students, with your own domain in place of yourdomain.com. If they're not logged in yet, it takes them to the login page. Once they're in, they land straight on their member area. You can put this link in your welcome email or on your website.

Members log in at yourdomain.com/login, without a password, so there's nothing to create or remember. They can sign in in two ways:

  • One-time code: the member enters their email address and receives a one-time login code by email. They enter the code and they're in.
  • Sign in with Google: the member signs in with a single click using their Google account.

The member area​

After logging in, members land on their personal member area at yourdomain.com/students. They see a card for each course they have access to. Clicking on a card opens the course on its first available lesson, with its modules and lessons in a sidebar.

The member area uses your site's colors and fonts. The top of the page shows your name followed by "Member Portal", and your logo appears as the icon of the browser tab.

What members can do in their member area​

Other courses available​

Your members already trust you, which makes them the most likely people to buy your other offers. TinyPages lets you show a member products they haven't bought yet, right inside their member area, so they can order in a couple of clicks.

The products you choose appear in an Other courses available section at the bottom of the member area. Each one shows its image, name, price, and an Order button that opens the order page in a new tab. If the product's sales page is online, the card also shows a Learn more link that opens it in a new tab. Members can read your full pitch there before ordering. They only see this preview and the price. The content stays locked until they buy.

To offer a product this way, open it from Products and turn on Suggest to other members in the Product access card. For a bundle, the same option is in the bundle creation form: turn it on when you create the bundle, because it can't be changed from the bundle's page afterwards. Members never see a product they already own in this section.
