Lead Magnet (Free Product)
When a product is priced at $0, TinyPages displays a simplified lead magnet. There's no payment form, no card required — just a clean, lightweight sign-up experience.
How it works
Visitors arrive on the checkout page and see a short form asking for their name and email address. They fill it in, click the button, and they're done. A member account is created for them immediately, and they receive access to the product right away.
At the same time, a contact record is created in your Contacts dashboard, so the person automatically becomes part of your email list.
When to use a free product
Setting a product's price to $0 is a great fit for:
- Offering a freebie — share a PDF, checklist, or mini-course in exchange for an email address
- Free courses — give access to introductory content to warm up your audience before a paid offer
- Community access — let people join a free tier before upgrading to a paid plan
- Waitlist sign-ups — use a free product to hold a spot for an upcoming launch
Even though the product is free, the buyer still goes through a proper checkout. This means they get a member account, you get a contact in your list, and automations can fire — just like with a paid purchase.
