Tutorial: Evergreen Launch

An evergreen launch is a permanent automated funnel where every new subscriber gets their own private "launch" with personalized urgency — running 24/7 without any ongoing work. Instead of orchestrating big launch events, you set it up once and let it run forever.


  1. Go to Pages → click New page → build your opt-in page.
    • Include a compelling headline and a description of what subscribers will receive.
  2. In the editor, type /email to insert the Email Capture block.
  3. In the block settings → assign a Tag on subscribe (e.g., evergreen-program-x) → optionally enable a Lead magnet to deliver immediate value at sign-up.
  4. Click Publish on the opt-in page → share the URL.
  5. Go to Contacts → click Evergreen deadlines → click New deadline.
    • Link it to the tag evergreen-program-x.
    • Set a duration (e.g., 7 days). Each subscriber's personal countdown starts the moment they receive the tag (see Evergreen Deadlines).
  6. Go to Pages → create your sales page → insert a Countdown Timer block (type /countdown) → click the block to open its settings → select Evergreen as the type → choose the Deadline Evergreen created in step 5 → define what happens when the timer expires (e.g., do nothing, hide the page, or redirect to another URL). The timer automatically displays each visitor's unique deadline in real time.
  7. Add a Product Card or Button block linking to your checkout → click Publish on the sales page. Copy the page URL — you'll link to it in your emails.
  8. Go to Automations → click on the automation for the tag evergreen-program-x → write the email flow, including a link to your sales page in each pitch email:
    • Day 0 — Welcome: introduce yourself and deliver the lead magnet (if any).
    • Day 2 — Value: share a useful tip or insight related to your offer.
    • Day 4 — Pitch: introduce your paid product, share the benefits, and link to the sales page.
    • Day 5 — Social proof: a testimonial, a success story, or answers to objections.
    • Day 6 — Urgency: "Only 24 hours left on your exclusive offer." Link to the sales page.
    • Day 7 — Final reminder: last chance, the deadline is today. Link to the sales page.
  9. (Optional) Open your product settings → add an Order bump or Upsell to maximize revenue per buyer.

Every new subscriber now experiences a complete, personalized 7-day launch automation — completely automated.
