Multiple Accounts

Some coaches and creators run more than one brand. You might have your main coaching business on one side and a separate brand for an online course or a side project on the other. Multiple accounts let you manage several independent brands, each in its own account, from a single login and switch between them in one click.

Running two different businesses on the same subscription? A single Pro plan covers up to 10 brands, each with its own account. The free plan gives you one brand.

Each brand has its own pages, products, contacts, statistics, and its own domain. Your Pro plan and your team, however, are shared: the teammates you invite in Settings, under the Team tab, can open every one of your brands. You can also choose to reuse your payment methods when you create a new brand (see below).

Switch between your accounts

1. Click your account name at the top of the left sidebar, next to your logo. A menu opens listing every brand you have access to.
2. Click the brand you want. Your dashboard reloads and shows that brand's pages, products, and contacts.

The brand you are currently working in has a checkmark next to it, so you always know where you are.

Add a new account

1. Open the same account menu and click Add account.
2. Enter a Name for the new brand. The Domain fills in automatically from the name, but you can change it. The domain is the web address your visitors will see, so pick something short and clear.
3. Set the Contact email for this brand. It comes prefilled with your current email. Change it if this brand uses a different address for its messages.
4. If you already receive payments through TinyPages, you can turn on Use the same payment methods (Stripe, PayPal). Your new brand will then accept payments through the Stripe account you already connected, so you do not have to set up payments again. Although the label mentions PayPal, only your Stripe connection is concerned today, as PayPal is not available on TinyPages yet. Your billing details, the legal information printed on your invoices, are copied over too.
5. Click Create. TinyPages prepares the new brand with a homepage and a few starter pages, then takes you straight into it.

Good to know

You can have up to 10 brands. Your first brand works on the free plan. To add more, you need an active Pro plan, which covers all your brands. Its price depends on your number of subscribed contacts, counted across all your brands together (someone signed up to two of your brands counts once). A new brand costs nothing extra in itself, but if its contacts take you past your current tier, your Pro plan moves up to the next one.

When you turn on Use the same payment methods (Stripe, PayPal), only your Stripe connection and billing details are reused. Your brands still keep separate products, contacts, and pages.
