Subscription
In the Subscription tab, you see your TinyPages plan and manage your billing details.
This tab only appears when your Pro plan is active.
TinyPages plans
TinyPages offers a free plan and a Pro plan.
The free plan lets you build your site and make your first sales, within a few limits: 1 paid product with a 15% commission on each sale, 1 free product, 1 form and 10 web pages. Your site stays on its tinypages.co address and shows the TinyPages badge.
The Pro plan includes:
- Unlimited products, with no commission: Pro lifts the limits and TinyPages takes nothing on your new sales
- Unlimited web pages and forms
- Bundles: sell several products together at a single price
- Your custom domain (your own web address), for your site and your emails
- Emails: send and schedule newsletters and one-off emails
- Automations: emails sent automatically
- Blog: publish articles and attract visitors from search engines
- A/B testing: show two versions of a web page to your visitors and keep the one that works best
- Video and audio hosting, plus the Timer (countdown) and Custom code blocks
- The AI coach for your members
- Up to 10 accounts for your different brands, and one collaborator in your team
- Removing the TinyPages badge from your site
- Zapier, Make and the API, to connect TinyPages to your other tools
- Tracking: ad pixels and Google tracking to measure your ads and visits, and UTM parameters (tags on your email links that show where a visit came from)
One exception to the no-commission rule: subscriptions and installment plans you sold while on the free plan keep their 15% commission on their later payments.
Price and free trial
The price of the Pro plan depends on how many contacts you have (unsubscribed contacts don't count), across all your accounts, and goes up in steps as your list grows. You can pay monthly or yearly. The pricing page shows every step. Outside the euro zone, prices are in US dollars, unless your account is in French.
When your contacts go past your step, your subscription moves up to the next one automatically and you receive an email. If your list shrinks below your step, the Subscription tab offers to bring your plan back down.
The first time you go Pro, you start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is needed, but it's only charged at the end of the trial, and we email you 24 hours before. To start paying right away, click Activate my subscription now in this tab.
If you cancel during the trial, your card is never charged. The tab then shows the date your trial ends, and on that day your account goes back to the free plan.
Managing your billing
The Subscription tab shows your current price, the days left if you're on a trial, and your Usage (contacts, videos and audio files). Click Manage subscription to:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update your payment method
- Download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Only the account owner and admins see the Manage subscription button.
If you stop Pro
You don't lose your site: your pages, contacts and products stay in your account. If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. A few things change on that day:
- Your custom domain is removed. Your site is back on its tinypages.co address, links that used your domain stop working, and your emails no longer go out from your domain.
- Your blog articles go back to draft, so they leave your site.
- Scheduled emails go back to draft, and your automations stop sending.
- Only your oldest paid product can still be bought. The others stay in your account, but their order page is closed until you upgrade again.
- Running A/B tests stop: version A stays online and version B is removed.
- The AI coach is turned off on all your products.
- The TinyPages badge comes back on your site.
Thirty days after the end of your subscription, the videos and audio files you uploaded to TinyPages are deleted.
