TinyPages keeps you informed by email when something important happens in your business, so you don't have to keep an eye on your dashboard all day. A new sale comes in, someone joins your list, a member leaves a comment: you get a short email about it.

You decide which of these emails you want to receive. Open Settings, then the Notifications tab. Each notification is a simple on/off toggle, and your choices save automatically. These emails are sent to your account email address.

The notifications you can receive

  • New contact: someone new joins your email list. This one is off by default, because a growing list can mean a lot of emails. Turn it on if you like to know about every new contact.
  • New sale: someone buys one of your paid products. You get the product, the amount, and the buyer's details.
  • New enrollment in a free product: someone signs up for one of your free products or lead magnets.
  • New comment: a member leaves a comment on one of your lessons, so you can reply and keep the conversation going.
  • New form answer: someone fills in one of your forms.
  • Weekly digest: a recap of your week, sent every Monday morning, with your visitors, new contacts, and sales.
  • Affiliate commission: you earn a commission from someone you referred.
  • Member cancelled subscription: a member's subscription ends and their access is removed, whether they cancelled it themselves or a payment plan went unpaid. We email you so you know who it concerns, and if it was caused by an unpaid payment plan the email tells you. A plan that has been paid in full keeps its access and does not trigger this email.

All of these are on by default except New contact, so you are kept in the loop from day one. You can turn any of them off whenever you want.
