Viewing & Exporting Submissions

After publishing your form, you can view all responses directly in your dashboard and export them to a CSV file for further analysis.

Viewing submissions

Open your form from the Forms section and click the Submissions tab. Each row shows:

  • Date — when the submission was recorded
  • Field answers — one column per field in your form
  • Destination — which outcome the respondent was routed to (if your form uses destinations)
  • Completed — a checkmark if the respondent reached the end of the form

Which submissions are shown

Not every form visit appears in the submissions table. A submission is displayed when at least one of these is true:

  • A contact detail was captured — if your form includes an email or phone number field and the visitor filled it in (even if they did not finish the form), that submission is always shown. This reflects the early lead capture behavior: a contact record is created from the very first page, so that partial response is already meaningful data.
  • The form was fully completed — if the visitor reached the last page and submitted, the response is shown regardless of whether a contact field was present.

Responses that are neither complete nor associated with an email or phone number are hidden — they carry no useful information.

Exporting submissions

Click Export (top-right of the submissions table) to download a CSV file. The exported file contains exactly the same rows as the table: the same filtering rules apply, so what you see is what you get.

The CSV columns are:

ColumnDescription
DateSubmission date and time
(one column per field)The answer for each form field
DestinationThe destination name the respondent was routed to
Completed"Yes" if the form was fully completed, "No" otherwise
