Email Tracking
After a broadcast is sent, TinyPages gives you a full performance dashboard showing exactly how your email performed — no third-party tool required.
Metrics available
For each sent broadcast, you can see both a percentage and an absolute count for:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Delivered | Emails successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes |
| Open rate | Percentage of delivered emails that were opened |
| Click rate | Percentage of delivered emails where at least one link was clicked |
| Bounce rate | Percentage of emails that couldn't be delivered (invalid or inactive addresses) |
| Unsubscribe rate | Percentage of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the email |
| Spam rate | Percentage of recipients who marked the email as spam |

How to use these numbers
- A low open rate often points to a weak subject line. Try the AI suggestions feature next time.
- A high bounce rate may indicate stale contacts in your list. Consider cleaning your list periodically.
- A high spam rate (above 0.1%) is a serious signal — it can damage your sender reputation. Review your email frequency and targeting practices.
- A high click rate means your content was engaging and your call to action was clear.
