Context Notes
Context Notes are saved snippets of information about your business, brand, products, or audience that you share with the AI before generating content. Instead of re-explaining yourself every time you use the AI, you write it once and reuse it instantly.
What to put in a context note
A context note can contain anything that helps the AI understand who you are and who you're writing for:
- Your brand voice ("I write in a warm, direct tone — like talking to a trusted friend")
- Your audience ("My clients are burned-out therapists who want to build a practice they love")
- Your core offer ("I run a 12-week group coaching program for new coaches")
- Key facts about a specific product ("This workshop is 2 hours, live on Zoom, priced at €97")
The more specific and honest the note, the more accurately the AI reflects your voice.
Creating a context note
- Go to AI Assistant in your dashboard and click the Notes tab.
- Click New context note.
- Give it a short, clear name (e.g., "My audience", "Brand voice", "Program overview").
- Write the content — describe whatever you want the AI to know.
- Save.
Your notes are listed as cards. Click any card to edit or update it.
Using context notes in the editor
When you're in the AI prompt box (on a blank page or email), click the + button to open the context selector. Choose up to 5 notes to include. The selected notes are sent to the AI alongside your prompt — they inform every word of the generated content.
You don't need to select all your notes every time. Choose only the ones that are relevant to what you're writing. "My audience" and "Brand voice" are almost always useful; a specific product note only matters when writing about that product.
Product-linked context notes
When you use the AI to generate content for a specific product (for example, via the AI product launch feature), the context note linked to that product is automatically included — no manual selection needed.
