Inline Writing Tools
TinyPages includes AI writing assistance directly inside the editor — available on any content type: pages, emails, lessons, or blog posts. You don't need to switch to a separate tool or copy and paste between tabs. The AI works right where you're writing.
How to use inline writing tools
- Select any piece of text in the editor.
- A small toolbar appears. Click the AI icon to open the writing actions.
- Choose the action you want:

| Reformulate | Rewrites the selected text for clarity, precision, and natural flow |
| Fix grammar | Automatically corrects errors and replaces the selection |
| Make it shorter | Condenses the text while preserving the main message |
You can also type a custom instruction in the text field to request any other transformation.
- The AI rewrites the text. You can accept it, insert it below the selection, or run it again with a different instruction.
When to use it
- Stuck on how to phrase a benefit? Select your rough draft and click Reformulate.
- Your email is too long? Select the whole body and Make it shorter.
- Want a different style? Type a free instruction like "make this warmer" or "use a more direct tone".
The inline tools are there to assist — you're still the author, and the final voice is always yours.
